The Organization

SeedAmerica is seeking Kingdom-minded businesspeople to join us as we pursue the vision of bringing the knowledge of God to marketplaces, across the globe, as the waters cover the sea (Isaiah 11:9). 

Our heart is to help marketplace ministries that inspire and equip God’s people with the knowledge of the Lord as well as bring Christ’s kingdom in to transform marketplaces throughout the earth, leading to positive economic development (2 Peter 1:3).

We help by providing needed financial resources through the income generated from real estate properties.  SeedAmerica’s focus is on industrial and commercial real estate that may also have a positive impact on businesses and job creation in local communities. 

SEED stands for Supporting Entrepreneurial & Economic Development.  The real estate properties that we acquire, in essence, become the actual SEEDs for entrepreneurial and economic growth. 

Our real estate endowment has grown by over 200% in the last year, and we are looking for individuals who will join us in expanding this endowment in various positions, such as property acquisition and development, marketing and sales, finance and accounting, administration support, management and more.

Fruit of Our Organization

Our hope is that the people in our organization will represent a love for Jesus and a love for people, manifested through the following fruits:   

1. Excellence – Mark 7:37 talks about how Jesus excelled in all things.  Likewise, we should strive to excel in our callings and business.  We hope that our organization reflects excellence in every aspect. 

2. Integrity – It goes without saying that integrity should be a key component of any Christian organization. In this world of business, there will be many problems, but how we handle those with integrity - letting a “yes” be a “yes” and “no”, “no”, while being as innocent as dove - is critical. 

3. Service – As Jesus came to serve us, we go to serve others (Matthew 20:28).  The greatest among us will be the greatest servant, therefore, the greatest organization will be the organization who serves the most by bringing the most value to our customers, suppliers, associates and others involved (Luke 22:25-27). 

4. Signs & Wonders – Faith in Christ is the cornerstone of our organization, since without it, it’s impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6).  With the faith of a mustard seed, God will move mountains on our behalf and miracles become commonplace (Matthew 21:21-22).  Faith is also known as “risk”, hence our organization is an organization that is not afraid to take risks, no matter how bad the odds. If it’s something we believe God wants us to do, so God will be glorified. 

Company Atmosphere

SeedAmerica is not your typical corporate setting. Our corporate culture is fun, entrepreneurial, comfortable, productive and proactive. High performing, self-motivated and out-of -the-box people thrive in our environment while corporate-minded, bureaucratic non-performers do not do well and eventually are terminated or quit on their own. 

Though we strive for excellence, integrity, service and miracles, showing grace with humility to one another at work. Whether it is an associate, manager or the company as a whole, showing grace is extremely important since grace is the glory of God. Critical and negative spirits are not tolerated.   

At SeedAmerica, you have the freedom to exercise your biblical giftings and passion as you contribute to our mission and vision, but with that freedom of self-management comes a high level of results oriented accountability, just as in the parable of the talents (Matthew 25:14-30).

Compensation Philosophy

Though we are non-profit ministry, SeedAmerica operates as a 'results driven business,' therefore our philosophy is to compensate our associates with the highest possible standard, unlike many ministries.  Compensation is based on performance, which is also unlike most ministries.  Our goal is to follow Jesus’ example in the parable of the talents in regards to compensation.

Training Philosophy

Training is a key component of our organization, as we seek to excel in training our team to excel in their individual callings. We engage what we believe in order to be the best teachers, trainers and equippers of the marketplace. 

For example, Michael Pink, the leading authority on biblical selling, has personally committed to train and help us achieve the goal of becoming the best sales team in history.  Other teachers, like Os Hillman, teach on specific issues to help us achieve and live out the pillars of our organization. 

Our training is based on three levels, modeled after the design of God’s temple: the outer court, the inner court, and the Holy of Holies.  We strive to excel at all levels. 

1. Observation – The first level or the outer court is by following Jesus’ example of “excelling” in all things (Mark 7:37) through what theologians call “general revelation” and business people call “best practices”, and what we call “God’s created order”.  The most basic way to learn about God and apply it to the marketplace is through the study and observation of how things work in God’s creation.

   This is found in Romans 1:18-22

   “For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.   For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made (creation), even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but become futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.  Professing to be wise, they became fools”

2. The Word – The inner court or second level as we walk closer to our knowledge of God is through what theologians call “special revelation” or what everyone else calls the “Bible” or the “Scriptures”.  This is where God inspired man to write His words that we may have special insight into the mysteries of God and His Kingdom.  2 Timothy 3:16
   "All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete thoroughly equipped for every good work."

   This is where we study the Scriptures and apply it to life and to business, from Genesis to Revelation. Jesus said in Mark 4:11 "To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables".  The first parable and explanation of the parable that He gave was the parable of the sower. 

   When God sows the Word into us, it will either be snatched-up by Satan, scorched by tribulations and persecutions or choked-up by the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches and desires for other things. When we accept the Word of God, seeds grow on good ground, bearing fruit to the thirty, sixty and even hundred fold. 

3. The Spirit – The Holy of Holies or the third and final level is attaining our knowledge of God is directly from our relationship with Him through the Holy Spirit. 

   John 16:13-15

   "When He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you.  All things that the Father has are Mine. Therefore I said that He will take of Mine and declare it to you."

   This level is uncharted waters for most business people, but we are commanded to walk in the Spirit (Galatians 5:16) and rest in the Lord (Hebrews 4:4-10) and He will not only guide us in what, when and how to go about our business, but He will do wonderful works on our behalf—more than any human skill or power could ever do.
